Summary0022197: threat ships don't display as threat
DescriptionVisible threat indicator stays at 0 and threat ships aren’t displayed as strength on galactic map. See save -- unfortunately ships are _about_ to enter a player world, but there are 0000042:0000300 pike corvettes about to move between Arcturus and Narshe not being counted as threat.

* Fixed a bug in the last patch where sometimes threat wasn't being correctly counted.
