DescriptionEven if it is a 200 strength system, it is easy to pop in and assassinate.

Perhaps significantly higher instigator hp in addition to an honor guard... or have instigator protected by guard posts similar to the super weapons.

Really? I find instigator bases are quite tanky and require a pretty signficant investment to take down. I've definitely lost fleets trying to assassinate them.

200k/400k hp... if you unload next to it with a 20 strength transport it is dead in about 4 seconds.

this should be a structure relatively easy to snipe down with hit and run tactics--i have no qualm with NB's tactics working out as they do

Make a super-instigator base version that is fortified and armed and more notable (deadly) effect... this I could see being quite cool

All of those new ones above also now have always_is_ai_turret_spawn_point="true" on them. Yet more texture in the planets, as well as giving them more inherent defenses."
