| Description | It is my understanding (i) that the effect of an Instigator Base expires upon its destruction. However, this is not clearly conveyed in the tooltip (ii). I think it would be a good idea to include this piece of information. Otherwise an ignorant player is left wondering whether not dealing with that far-off Instigator Base could lead to a permanently enhanced budget for its corresponding AI faction, which is stressful to say the least. -(i) see: https://steamcommunity.com/app/573410/discussions/0/1742227898977073823/ -(ii) Or if it is, I missed it. | ||||
