Summary	0021790: Add Energy Overview
Description	As a new player I find myself lost finding where and what is using up my energy. My suggestion is to add a window that opens when clicking on the "Energy" in the Resource bar. It should show all planets and fleets with the total of - Energy produced - Energy consumed Ideally it should allow displaying (maybe as a fold-out) the energy usage of all units summed up by type that are in the appropriate fleet/planet.
