Ripper's attack says "multi-paralysis sprayer" even though it does single target damage/paralysis. The weapon needs to be renamed for clarity
Since this only does single target paralysis for 2 seconds (regardless of mark) this paralysis should affect Guardians at the very least (6tx)
This can already paralyze guardposts, so might as well let it paralyze guardians too

I'm not all that happy with this thing actually. If I put it up to there it'll probably be kind of...broken? For instance it could happily paralyse a Macrophage Harvester.
I feel more inclined to actually make it the Beam Frigate? Cloaking and paralysis seem fun enough with a beam.
First time playing with them yesterday. Feels like they are meant to counter guardposts, so you get these with warbirds they do nice paralysis to static defenses while your ships clean up
Beam sounds fun, more or less same functionality? Single-target beam?
* Macrophage Harvester mass 4 -> 6.
* Normal Guardians (i.e not Dire) mass 6 -> 5.
* Rippers paralysis now works on mass < 6, rather than < 5.
All the relevant things necessary.
