|Summary||0021757: Suggestion for Citadel variant: Armored Citadel|
All of the current citadels are good and weak against the same sorts of units for the most part. This means that citadels will not be enticing captures in some games versus some AI types.
What's really lacking are citadels that specialize in dealing with Guardian+ threat.
Proposal: Need several variants specialized with bigger threats, less effective against strikecraft
All hulls, no shields. Has multiple vampiric, beam weapons that deal bonus damage to high energy units. (Single target beams, not the spire beam)
Regular citadel base stats (hulls/shields)/. Has multi-attack version of the weapon of the "Gauss Sniper Frigrate" (sniper range, bonus against high mass). This variant will be nice will dealing with Guardians but weak aginst strike craft.
