Summary0021508: Transport loading speed bonus exploit
DescriptionYou can give ships that are attempting to load orders. If you can do it once per frame (double click and hold on an enemy to keep sending an attack order for instance), you can abuse the 3x speed to get into range faster.

A solution I'm thinking of is changing MovementPlanning.cs :

If there is a valid centerpiece,
If the centerpiece is on the same planet,
if the ship is in load mode,
move towards the centerpiece and disregard any other movement orders.

I like the idea you have for working around this exploit -- is that something you could do at some point, do you think? Or did you already hit that one?
