Summary0021491: New skills/powers/passives for flagships on levelup
DescriptionI know this might be way too much work or possibly not going the direction you want, but I thought that it would be interesting if fleet leveling up meant more. I was thinking of a skill tree with points you can assigne that you can on levelup. Could give fleet passive bonus like stealth, increased speed, more dampening, frigate or fighter multiplier, ship repair over time or active skills like a high cooldown laser, a single target ship freeze or a high cooldown teleport to a friendly planet with a cast time, etc.

Could even be powers like in Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion that could evolve, counter or help fight more powerfull AI ships like golems, the upcoming dragons or any other boss-like entity that could be added with boss fight mechanics.

There are multiple types of mobile flagship, which you can convert to using hacking points.
