Description | At the moment all the minor factions in the game need to be configured in the lobby. I'm going to add code to allow for minor factions to be in the game but dormant, and have the player able to activate them. This can either make the game harder (Nanocaust, maraduers), easier (HRF) or just different (Devourer).
