Summary	0021381: Hack Cost for Ion Cannon / Mass Drivers not increasing with planet Mark
Description	Save is currently viewing a Mark IV planet. Both Hacks cost only 5 Points here. XML matches the Weaken Turrets / Guard Posts hacks, so not sure what would be wrong. I can only guess because those Hacks are against the planet, while these Steal Hacks are against an entity? EDIT: Might be durr moment. Forgot updates. EDIT 2: Doesn't seem to have changed.
