Summary0021363: Hacking Coordinator grants far more ships than intended
DescriptionUpon loading save, there are two Flagships at the top. Note the counts of the Raptors, Eyebots and Parasites. Then let the hack finish, and check it again. They should increase by 1.3x, but instead are somewhere between 3x and 4x.

Capturing the Coordinator works as intended.

 Also, in my save, I noticed that it says it costs 30 hacking points, but bills the player for 60. Unsure if related. I just pushed a fix for the double billing issue. Still not sure what is going on with it though, but I believe it is related to the 0021358.

I think it's unrelated to that, but was instead a bug of mine. I've put in a fix but not tested it.
