Summary	0021226: AI sending really low waves at the Nanocaust
Description	1 or 2 strength waves are being sent at the Nanocaust. Literally just had 0.28 strength (2 AI Raid frigates) sent at a Nanocaust controlled planet. The Nanocaust destroyed 5 AI command centers so far and the general AIP is at 95. Settings are in the screenshot. Edit: Friendly AI is enabled
