You aren't allowed to build units to push you over the energy cap anymore. That's an improvement at least. |

It technically was already there, but now there's more of a grace period. This was essentially a kind of race condition. Overall the likelihood of getting into a brownout by accidents happening are pretty much solved. Except this is older than I was thinking. At any rate, this is probably solved enough for our purposes here. |
