Summary0020885: Suggestion/Idea Port: Ships stuck in tractor beams shoot at the ship tractoring them
DescriptionThis was a feature that was in AI War 1 that balanced out tractors a little bit more than they are currently. Basically, because some ships have tractor ranges larger than other ships attack range (looking at you, Dire Paralysis Guardian), ships that were tractored were given the ability to attack the ship tractoring them no matter what.

So even if a ship had a 10,000 range tractor and it caught some low attack range ship like a parasite, the parasite would be able to attack the tractor ship (unless you directly commanded it to attack something else in its range).

This I'd agree on myself. I'm generally scared to extend the range of most of them up for this reason...and it results in *that* horrific scenario.
