|Summary||0020868: Units don't fire while moving when enemy is in range|
|Description||My ships wont shoot at AI ships when I move them even if the AI ships are in range. When I turn on attack move or stop giving move orders they start shooting again. Sometimes this happens and sometimes it doesn't so there's no clear way to reproduce it.|

This is something that would usually be based on how long the targeting cycles are taking, I would think (you can see this in the escape menu). If there are too many ships on a planet, then this sort of thing will start happening because they are too slow to figure out that stuff is in range. It's a lot of math!
But stacks and many other improvements over the last while should have solved this, I think.
