Description"A paralyzed ship cannot do anything; that said, its shields do not go offline, and so bubble-forcefields will continue to work."

From the Special Mechanics documentation page. Attached is a save with the Forcefield on my Homeworld being hit by paralysis and turning off, allowing the Home Command to be targeted directly.

Forcefields now have a mass of 5, so they should be immune to paralysis now.
