Summary0019873: Add A "Hostile to Others" type of Faction allegiance, like the "Hostile to All" or "Friendly to Players"
DescriptionI got this idea after Putting 5 Marauder Factions on intensity 10, all of them on "Hostile to all". They were all the same color. I spawned ships and kept them on adjacent worlds so they wouldn't attack the planets near my homeworld. Eventually, they attacked the AI. Multiple planets were under attack, some of which were attacked twice at one time. But for some reason, they were taking a long time to control the planet. "What gives?", I thought to myself. Another planet by the name of Denning got attacked twice in a row. I went over there and saw the Marauders fighting the AI. Okay. But then I saw the Marauders firing on the other Marauders. Once the AI was wiped out on that planet, it became all out chaos as the Marauders started firing on each other. One of the factions did take over the planet, but I suspect it won't last long as the other faction is still on the planet. Plus, once the strength for both factions goes down, there are 3 other identical Marauder factions waiting to make a move.

How it would work: Basically, it's assigning all the similar Factions under "hostile to others" on the same team. So Marauders would team up, I don't think the Nanocaust needs this. It's already really powerful. Just like Friendly to AI or Friendly to Players puts the factions on the same team, "Hostile to others" would put them on their own team. This would not interfere with any other allegiances, as "Hostile to Others" Marauders would still attack "Hostile to All"
Marauders and everybody else.

Edit: now I'm debating on whether all the factions with allegiances should have this and if so, to have only similar factions team up or have all the factions team up.
Basically it's like this:
Scenario 1: Marauders are Hostile to others. Nanocaust is also hostile to others. They fight because they are not the same faction.
Scenario 2: Marauders are hostile to others. Nanocaust is also hostile to others. They team up because they all have the "hostile to others" allegiance.

For Devourer, Marauders, Nanocaust and Macrophage, there is now a "Team Red" and "Team Blue". All team red factions are allied to eachother, all team blue factions are allied to eachother; both hate everyone else.
