Description | Example: I have changed the Mark 1 Fighter balance speed to "Blitzer", and the multiplier of Blitzer to 8x (up from 4x). This should make Mark 1 Fighters about 6 times as fast as before, but currently remain at their vanilla speed, in spite of the tutorial. I have also tried changing every balance speed value to 8x, and this produces no effect either. I found a PrePivot Configuration folder, and quickly tested that too, but also no effect. | ||||

Thanks to Badger, found that it is because of an "inherit balance data" line for each unit; they are drawing their stats from elsewhere, so unless it is removed, modding those XML files produces no result. |
