DescriptionSince the implementation of the "bubble shields" I have noticed a lot of planets where the AI has them protecting nothing. See the attached picture for an example.

Ha! Yeah, that's... suboptimal, to be sure. I'm not sure what is going on with the seeding logic around guard posts. That doesn't look right at all.

Seeding logic should be improved. Also, Shields themselves are Low Priority Targets, but they go up in priority if they are defending valuable things. Right now units will spend a lot of effort attacking Shield Generators with nothing in them.

Good point. In the strengthcounting thread, I can make it tally up what's going on inside of shields. as far as what they are protecting. I need to really redo that code in general, because I think right now it may actually be actively causing some AI issues by zeroing out the strength at various points rather than doing the calculations in its own working variables. The same problem was happening with resource production and even energy production and usage, but I fixed those already.
