Description | I had conquered a few planets. I was at about 120 AIP, and had a fleet of maybe 10K strength, plus all the turrets I had unlocked on a planet. I tried to do a DownloadDesign hack, and got a response of > 40K units. Keeping in mind that the player isn't expected to get Golems anytime soon, I think currently hacking responses are disproportionate to the strength of the human fleet. Possible solutions that spring to mind: Keep track of "How many hacking points have been spent, and allow that to influence the strength of the hacking response (similar to AIWC)" Include AIP in calculating how strong the AI response is Include total human strength in calculating the AI response strength | ||||

I've had similar experiences and just stopped hacking out of frustration. Granted, my AIP was 590ish (after zombifying the AI controller and not winning the game), but then a hack resulted in over 5 thousand Snipers (60K+ strength) |
