Summary0019490: Nanocaust inactive after successful hacking
DescriptionSuccessfully hacked Nanocaust and they became friendly.

However, their behavior is essentially inactive. They no longer expand but merely rally all forces to starting planet that sits in giant clump. Will not assist the planet when under attack

There are a number of bugs here. I've found several null reference exceptions, there's a problem with save/load for nanocaust fleets, and a crash in the human resistance fighters. This is a great save for debugging.
