Summary0019461: Golem is always captured
DescriptionSo a Golem costs 20 AIP to capture. However, if you take a planet with a Golem on it, you will automatically capture the Golem. What if I take a planet but I don't want to incur the extra AIP cost of the Golem? Lets say a planet has an ARS and a Golem on it. I definitely want the ARS, but the Golem AIP might be too much for my taste. But I have to take both if I take one.

 If capturing a Golem is going to cost AIP then it needs to not be auto-captured.

Basically for any capturables that require AIP, we should have to right or left click them and get a menu popup that says "capture?" or something to that effect. The modal yes/no menus are excellent for this sort of thing.

They don't cost AIP anymore, and golems in general work differently now in fleets (as you know).
