Description | ...what's up with this Martyr? All of the untractored neinzul couldn't be picked up with the Martyrs at all. Wasn't a big issue, it was just odd and confusing. Enemy ships were spawened via Cross Planet Counter Attack involving a carrier or two. | ||||

Odd; there were other Neinzul ships caight by other Martyrs in the screenshot, and yet other Martyrs other than the one selected had the same problem. Could they share tractor beams somehow (so only 100 total ships tractored by all martyrs)? |

No, they were able to tractor far more than 100 ships total. The wave size was like 900, and the screenie was taken after I'd been trying to get those few sucked up. All the other ships got tractored just fine. And yes, it was really odd. Those Neinzul didn't get tractored by [i]any[/i] of the Martyrs, not just that one. |

Engine damage on what? None of those ships have engine damage. |

With the lowest speed of 1, I assume that tractor beams would lock onto them anyway now. |

hm thats a good point, and a valid reason to keep stuff tractored. but yeah, engine damage stops stuff from being tractored.. but if they arent engine dead, it should work :\ |

I doubt they were all engine dead, but I'll admit that I didn't check that closely. |

* Normally tractor beams will not latch onto ships with an effective speed of 0 (from engine damage or whatever), but now that logic is only for IMMOBILE tractor beam sources. Mobile ships like martyrs, etherjets, etc, can now pick up ships with zero current move speed that would normally have move speed. |
