| Description | Here's a really consistent reproduction scenario for this (Hit on Linux and OSX). Open the Game Start Screen Enable all the special factions Start a new game and set your ark to build Fighters/Missile/Bombers, Once a full cap of each is built, scrap all those ships. The Ark will still think it a full cap of each ships still exists and won't build any new ships. | ||||

Okay, it's not a 100% reproduction rate, but it's pretty high. I'll run more experiments and try to find something more consistent. |
