Summary | 0019292: Lobby actions can break Quit button
Description | Specifically the issue seems to be related to rebuilding the map. If the map in the lobby is rebuilt 4-6 times or so (by adding/removing factions, changing the map type etc.) the quit button in the lobby breaks and does nothing. Additionally, once the lobby button breaks, so does the in-game quit button. Rebuilding the map 2-3 times and exiting back to the lobby before the button breaks does not appear to 'reset' the problem either; the number of rebuilds required to break it upon re-entering the lobby drops accordingly.

Fascinating. I can recreate this issue as well. |
|
It also appears to break planet capturing, at least for the initial planet. Saving the broken game and reloading it fixes the capturing issue. |

For 0.611: * Reorganized the timing loop during the pre-game lobby phase to remove the non-mapgen side-threads, since they were leading to the game getting "stuck" where you couldn't quit the lobby and the game itself wouldn't really run properly. Thanks :) |
