Summary0019010: MK5 Shield Starship shield repair rate very slow when less than <23000
DescriptionOS: Arch Linux

Confirmed that this is definitely not an issue with not enough metal, so I'm filing a bug report with a save. In the save there are 5 repairers repairing a single MK5 Shield Starship, shield is recharging at a rate of approximately 60 hit points/second (I'm assuming this is (5 (repairers) + 1 (base?)) * 10 sim steps per second). When the shield hit points reach 23000, the recharge rate becomes 0000401:0000600 per second.

Oops, seems to have triggered some sort of automatic behavior. Correction is that the recharge rate becomes approximately 600 per second.

For 0.105:

* Fixed an arithmetic underflow bug that was leading to the repairs of very expensive units taking inordinately long below certain health levels.
