Summary0018965: Ability to overextend on power
DescriptionI'm not sure if this would be handled later with negative effects of a lack of power (like Classic), but currently it is possible to overbuild on power while paused.
While paused, the amount of power does not update on the GUI, so I tried building extra turrets, and viola, negative power with no negative effects. This allows you to get extra turrets on every system.
I would guess that the power levels in game don't update either.

(If you feel like not patching this one, that would be fine :D We need all the help we can get against the you devs and your AI)

For 0.103:

* Reimplemented the pause feature as literally "the game keeps running, but instead of each sim frame being 10% of a game second, it's 0% of a game second" with a few small bits of code excluded from running at all (like "try to fire the guns").
** This avoids a whole class of problems like placeing or scrapping stuff while paused not updating your net power, etc.
