Summary0009920: Fallen Spire Exogalactic Fleet not winning on it own in a timely manner
DescriptionIn my current game, I finished the exogalactic transceiver at about 12.5 hours in. 5 hours in game (and over night outside of game) later, the fleet had taken about 15 planets or so, has a half a million threat ships attacking it and has basically stalled again.

As much as watching the end game fight is nice, I think something really needs to be done to adjust it against the fallen spire Exo-Galactic fleet, so this stops coming up as the balance of the game gets adjusted in patches.

One suggestion I heard was to have the incoming exo-galactic force grow in strength over time, so they will eventually overwhelm the AI.

On higher difficulties, they may still need your help to keep you from dieing before they grow strong enough, but at least if you hang on, they will eventually win.

Well that would fix the issue that the fleet can get into places that it can't win, you then have to worry about heap issues.

For 6.007:

* In response to ongoing occasional reports that the imperial spire fleet still sometimes stalemates vs the AI at the end of FS on 10/10, the non-player-controlled ships and modules have been substantially buffed again (the biggest ships are approaching 32-bit arithmetic limits here, folks) and if things drag on it starts sending in more ships each spawn.

The idea is to get it over with quicker without resorting to even more ships. The stats are crazy enough here that it should do the trick. We'll see ;)
