Summary0000972: Attrition Emitters need to be buffed
DescriptionCurrently, they do a laughable amount of damage; 20 per ship per second. That's not even a tickle, really. It means a Mk. IV scout (with 40.000 health; does any other unit have this little health?) survives for a bit over half an hour. The only real effect I can see it having is to prevent enemy ships from regenerating/repairing from the constant damage ticks, something that's generally a non-issue anyway due to being fired upon.

Suggestion: Bump the damage up to at least a flat 200/s, or make it depend on the ship (something along the lines of maxhealth*0.1%+100), meaning a ship would survive at most 1000 seconds or a little over 16 minutes.
