Summary0009570: Revise Cloaking Superboost Priorities
Description At the moment, it seems like anything military is prioritized over anything economic - This means that when my fleet is deployed, they will all steal cloaking superboosting from the research ship that is busy actually being useful.

Or in this case, I want my enclave starships to stay cloaked so they can build.. but instead the cloaker starship commanders decide the drones are more important.

Maybe just a ctrl to prioritize economic units over military for cloaking super boosts?

The enclaves can't cloak while building since drones were added anyway.

Yeah, I could use that for stuff like transports and colony ships, I guess.

Agreed, civilian units are usually in much smaller numbers and way more vulnerable than the military ones and if civs and mils are combined that's usually because the mils are escorting the civs.
