Description | between the 15 seconds with no initial volley and the fairly low damage except against basically immobile objects. making their splash at 1% seems too low its basically invisble in fleet battles or in moping up escapees from the shield that fell. given they hit a shield and cause 25% splash i would think they should spash about 5-10% rather than 1%. they are a siege unit and the immobility should give some advantages rather than the pure disadvantage of mobile units being able to kill it without taking return fire. | ||||
