Summary0009189: Increase starting AIP to 50
DescriptionIn the forums it was mentioned how big of a step up in wave size (3x) it is to conquer your first system. With a starting AIP of 50 the impact of that would be much lower. AIP-dependent formulas should probably be adjusted to start at roughly the same difficulty. This may also help dealing with the problem of players winning 10/10.

It would probably help with the problem of people ever trying to _play_ 10/10, ever again ;)

Just as a note, the reason for my starting it this was was originally to give a "safe starting period" for players to be able to consolidate their one system, scout, and so forth. Then often timing the attack against the first system after a wave, if the difficulty is high enough, can be smart. You've just doubled your effective resources, after all.

In terms of the 10/10 games, those really aren't what I'd balance around as they are supposed to be the extreme edge case. Difficulties 6-8.6, and to _some_ extent up to 9.6, are really more the range I'd balance around.
