Summary | 0008976: Simple and Realistic maps tend to "hug the sides" with chains of planets
Description | In many maps generated by simple and realistic (and their hub variants), there tends to be a long string of planets that hug a side of the galaxy. I would consider this just statistical clustering, except that this phenomenon only seems to occur with strings of connected planets. Planets that are not connected are rarely grouped together on the side near each other in an orderly fashion.
