Summary0008862: Sending survivors to their deaths makes me feel like a villain
DescriptionI have to rescue survivors and give them gifts just to manipulate them into suicidal attacks against the overlord.

This does not make me feel like a good guy. It also makes me wonder why survivor anxiety doesn't *increase* upon receiving a gift.

* The maximum survival percentage for attacking the overlord has now improved from 60% to 85%. For ice pirates, the rate has gone from 80% to 95%.
** This makes the need for mood gift items a lot lower, and also makes it so that it doesn't feel like you're sending NPCs to their death on a whim unless you're simply not getting them happy enough.
