Summary0008854: Give all players a 'Dash' ability
DescriptionI'd hazard a guess that most, if not all, players of AVWW have Storm Dash equipped. In fact, I've gotten so used to it that when I DON'T have it the game just feels off...

So, I propose that, by default, all players have at least some form of a dash ability. Something slower than Storm Dash (Maybe does not have as much of/any effect to how much damage you take.) but faster than just trudging around.

This serves two fold, Storm Dash can be kept around, and thus added to in the future, but it also gives options to players who would rather not have explodey land-speed records every time they double-tap a direction. Plus it can alleviate those times when you, for whatever reason, find yourself without it.

Not sure if i like that as you say it... but perhaps having a slower option isn't so bad. As a spell, Storm Dash is restricted to not be given right away on a basic start, much like power slide, so you get used to the game before the special stuff, like the super speed of the dash. As a spell, it's restricted in materials before you can get it, then keep it with you forever... It's an essential, including its speed

But perhaps it IS too fast. Perhaps storm dash could be part of a set of spell modifiers, an system that lets you empower spells in different ways, choosing your focus on spells, and like hp/mp/atk enchants, only changeable in those safe areas.

I'll note this again, as a new feature idea, but perhaps work in a system of picking a limited number of modifiers, or perhaps gaining more through a gashapon system, getting a random item from stashes and enemies, maybe "focus shards" (cos of the spell specialization/focus), and using them to get a random modifier to sets of spells. A smaller inventory on this would restrict from having enough to have multiple copies for all the categories to prevent from duplicating bonuses just by having a lot. A modifier on Power Up in the Utility slot (for movement/logistical) would affect storm dash's speed boost (though not doing much for other utilities - an option you'd have to choose). Unmodified, it'd be a little slower (say 175%?), but increased speed boost (to a max, with legendary, of maybe 50% more than now, if it's still speed of 300%?) with the modifiers placed. Of course, there'd be other very neutral effects, and the categories would include one of each color element, Defensive, Ranged, and Melee, with less placeable than categories placed (so like, you can only place 3/4 specializations)

Again, will repost as a new feature.
