Summary0008716: Shield Spell effects not fading
DescriptionFire Shield will occasionally retain its visual effect even though it is not currently active (no shield bar above lifebar).

Casting Fire shield a second time just causes a second shield effect to be generated.

For 1.112:

* Fixed a bug where some ongoing conditions (mainly just the shields) were not being properly cleaned up before removal during chunk transitions, which could lead to the shield visual effect coming back and lasting forever if you went back to the chunk you just left before it dropped to disk.
