| Description | This guardian power would work in the same manner as Seek Resources, except that instead of the missions that it generates offering ingredients, they would all offer guardian scrolls (including wind shelters, global powers, buildings, etc.) (Currently, finding buildings when the RNG isn't co-operating is aggravating, so this would offer a way to get some of them, or to get wind shelter / ocean buoy / etc. in regions you prefer.) | ||||

Make it less common though? Using a scroll to find up to 5 other missions that give scrolls isn't something that should be easy to get, or early, or something |

Seek Resources is useful because you can use it in a region that has a high probability of giving the ingredients you need. If this were implemented, I would like to see some scrolls have a higher chance of showing up in particular regions. For example, buildings could have a high chance of spawning in abandoned towns. |

I do like the idea of higher chances, though rather than just "more buildings here", I'd want to make it more spread out. Off the top of my head, the various element boosters could be more likely in elementally-similar regions, and different buildings would be more likely within their own time zone). The increased chances would need to be stated in the encyclopedia and on the loot goals list similar to how ingredients are now as well, though. (I'd like to see this happen even if this power doesn't get implemented, to be honest, since region "personality" is nice.) |
