| Description | I was thinking about how all skelebots are weak vs lightning, shouldn't that apply to glyph bearing skelebots too? What if all the various time period characters had some minor (maybe 10-50%?) elemental strengths or weaknesses. Ice age characters could have cold/water resist/fire weakness, skelebots could be earth resist/air weak, or something like that. Right now it seems like the element of enemy attacks only is taken into consideration when you have a shield up ( and even then it barely even matters anyway, shields usually run out of time before they run out of HP ) | ||||

50% is nowhere close to minor. Also, try playing on a higher combat difficulty if you can honestly say your shield health outlasts its timer... <_< Edit: Well, that was a bad way of putting it. Almost everyone can say this because shields are pretty much invincibility below TCO. The problem lies with balancing the shields, I guess. As for the actual idea (if the weaknesses/resists were ACTUALLY minor), it could work I guess, but it should probably be spread out between time period character specific things, unique character things, and maybe even enchants. |

Well, minor compared to enemies who have 200% resistance I guess, heh. |
