Summary	0008391: Will-o-wisps are too strong
Description	These monsters are so very deadly, and are stronger than most "The Deep" monsters (the exception being Tentacle projectiles, but only by about 5 or so damage). they do Among the highest touch damage in the game (which is understandable since they drag you into them) but their ranged attack is also one of the most powerful in the game too, stronger than most lieutenants. This one monsters makes the swamps far more dangerous than The deep. I don't think they should have a ranged attack at all. On Hero they do about 50 ish damage with projectiles, and 60 touch damage with no protection at all. This is Tier 1.

Their attacks are strong.... but they wont actually start firing until you're within a certain distance of them, and they give away their presence by the constant pull they apply, even when far away... so it's easy to know when one is nearby. Being careful and just striking it from long range is usually not too tough. A cloak enchant makes them easier to deal with by letting you know exactly where they are when they exert their pull on you.
