As of 1.036, the PDF manual is out of date and doesn't contain much information that's not in the game. One exception is info about the time periods, but I think the ideas in 0008209 would be better than what's in the manual now. |

Generally speaking we made the manual kind of because we had to -- the game itself is supposed to teach you everything you want to know and more (and our manuals tend to constantly get out of date because of the rate at which things change). So we kind of obscure it on purpose, honestly. |
