Yep! Any character that is "heavy" is going to do that. Better pair them with some sort of featherfall that makes them fall more slowly, or something like storm fist. All characters are not created equally. :) |

Skelebot characters can't benefit from fall reducing enhances though (too heavy). I'll give stormfist/recoil a try though. Anyway, beating a freefall mission as a skeleton might make for a nice achievement! |

Ooh, yeah. Then storm fist it is I guess; unless they are not letting their slowdown work from the mission itself because they are heavy... I bet that's happening. |

I'd just like to point out that for all objects that have the same surface area, acceleration due to gravity is constant... Just saying. |

I expected the heat suit to make my bronze age character to fall a little faster, but not plummet and take 800 fall damage. |

Wild Garden Age characters woould solve the heat resistance + no falling damage negation problem. :P Either that or saving a Ride The Lightning jump for right near the bottom. |

Thanks! * Heavy characters (including characters in suits and neutral skelebots) now have their fall rates appropriately set when a mission effect (such as the freefall missions) would cause them to fall slower than normal. ** Enchant effects that modify the falling rate of heavy characters still don't have any effect on them, however. ** And additionally, now if the lower falling speed is granted from a mission (as in freefall) you can't hold the down key to go faster; your movement rate is fixed. |
