| Description | I suggest a "Controls" option that allows the player to automatically rally non-military units to the friendly Orbital Command Station on any given planet. The reasons are obvious. The rally post is probably the worst place you would want them to be, as it usually sits over an enemy wormhole. However, sitting on the wormhole they came through isn't that great of a solution either. I think this would be very helpful for new players as well, who maybe can't figure out why all their engineers and Science Labs keep dying. As such, it would probably make sense for this option to be "checked" by default. Thanks for your consideration. | ||||

Sci labs on autopilot already do this, so yes, please extend this to all non-mils as a default behavior (except maybe tachyon drones). |
