Description | Me and my girl-friend got an idea. Sending away mission: The survivors just stand in the village and getting bored. So why don't sent them away to missions? In the planing menue in the village there should be an kategory for "sending away missions". There you can send away your residents for the chance for consciousness shards and maybe ingredients. (For example: One mission maximal 30 min.) While more difficult missions, the residents could probably not coming back. (he's gone...). With a higher skillevel, the residents can be sent away to more lucrative missions. With that, it would make more sense to upgrade the residents, because more life is a higher chance in completing the missions successfully. If the survivor fails a mission but came back alive he should be wounded. So you can't sent him away directly and have to wait till he is recovered. (For example medium wound: 15 min.) medical supplies (guardian power) with that guardian power you can heal the wounded survivors so you don't have to wait till they revcovered on theire own. You can obtain the medical supplies directly in the guardian shop, or found them randomly in hospitals (Maybe an new building in abandoned towns). That power should be unlocked after X sending away missions successfully completed. We know, the idea isn't new, but fit perfect into this game. The survivors got more action in theire boring lifes, while runing from the left to the right and back. Greetings, Buccee & Blackdate p.s. The problem with this is that it's pretty clearly established that if any of the survivors tried to leave town, they would get shredded by the time distortion. That said, it would be nice for them to have something to do... maybe if the town could have "resource" buildings that would each allow certain professions to do things (though having to tell them to do everything would get old; I'd rather be able to set the difficulty of what they do and have them do things automatically. (I'd rather not have them die, though injury meaning they can't do the resource building tasks until healed is good.) Possible resource buildings could include Mine (which would provide a /slow/ granite and possibly spell gem (citrine, dispersia, etc.) income), Hospital (which decreases heal time for wounds), Workshop (which provides a /slow/ income of some consumable items - wooden platforms and crates most commonly, but others might be included at higher difficulties such as getting Bear Traps), Library (which provides a /slow/ income of random Guardian Scrolls, preferably only the x for ten minute boosts) and Reliquary (which provides a /slow/ income of random enchants). |

Aw... we totally forgot the time distortion >.<. Our main thinking was: What can the survivors do instead of runing from the left to the right and back? Your ideas are good, i like them. |

To make it more interesting you could have missions crop up out of this, and their progress is blocked until you complete the mission. E.g. "We found a rare vein of minerals, but mining has been halted due to sudden infestation of foo. We need you to clear the foo out so we can get at the minerals down there." |
