Summary0007795: Are jellyfish supposed to be gods?
DescriptionIt just doesn't seem like this would be intended -- they just do so much more damage, in boss form and regular form, than anything I've ever seen.

They are using creeping death (or something similar, but I swear the game counts it as creeping death) This is a very slow high damage spell. It should be easy to dodge in most cases due to the low speed.

I see all those abandon characters in your log! For shame!

Jellyfish do hit quite hard, but generally speaking, they are easy to dodge.

The reason that they are difficult for me is actually seeing where the jellyfish projectiles are is difficult. They don't have solid borders or a distinct outline, like creeping death does, or most of the game's other projectiles do. Or maybe it's that they leave a trail of water particles, so it always looks like the projectile is slightly behind where it actually is.

I would like to see a melee damage reduction on jellyfish (so when you fall into one you aren't hit for melee+ranged instantly), or a ranged damage reduction on them (since their AI already has them travel straight to the player).
