| Description | Rather than walking up to the person and using the scroll to simply exchange the Glyph to someone else, why not make it so that using the Glyph Transplant spell bring up a character selection screen (Ala when you die.) to select who you wish to give the Glyph to? This has several benefits, firstly, you have more precise control over who you give the glyph to, which can be a bit of a problem if people are surrounding you like the paparazzi. Secondly, it can show you the stats of the person(s). It can be a bit of a hassle to fumble through the Planning menu (Or else where... I can't remember now.) to find the people and keep track of them by name and sift through them in the settlement. Finally, you can make a system that could let you mark individuals with a symbol on their portrait, which can be used for 'at a glance' recognition of what that character was built for. The various symbols themselves would be just that, symbols, nothing more, leaving the player to decide what symbol means what to them. All in all, this would re-enforce the concept of having different people upgraded for different tasks, rather than making it a more niche idea that's seemingly only hinted on. | ||||

This. 100 times, THIS. When you have a settlement of 10+ people, isolating the right one for a switch is way too difficult to be worthwhile. The ability to actively select who you want to switch to would be a wonderful addition. |
