I'm not sure I understand, sorry -- it's a statement of fact of how it is, but not what you expect it to be. |

I put it under bug in case it was an oversight, but currently limiting clinging fetor to 0.5 seconds completely neuters it's abilities as an actual combat spell (with enchants obviously), the gap between it and other spells just becomes to big. I had other suggestions for if this was intended. mainly to convert it to a utility spell entirely, just drop the damage completely and make it solely a way of finding enemies. |

Ohhh... I see. So it can't go below 0.5 seconds thanks to the resend threshold is what you're saying? |

Got it! * Clinging fetor is no longer capped at 0.5 seconds for its max casting speed. Now it can go as low as 0.1 seconds, like other combat spells. |
