| Description | For some reason, the planet icons of explored planets are flickering on and off randomly (though i can still click on where the icons are supposed to be and everything). See attached image for an example. | ||||

I had a few planets disappear in my last game, but I was also missing my low power mode button (the entire game). Both of my allies weren't missing it. |

* A lot of the flashing was previously slowed down far below what it was supposed to do. This led to things like the planet icons disappearing for 5 seconds at a time. Fixed. If you still see this in 3.800, please do let me know, though. |
