Summon Dire Butterfly has been in for a while, I think you might have just missed the patch with the icon for it, somehow. Rather in my game Summon Dire Butterfly has a proper icon. |

I am realizing this now, as I'm seeing a bunch of pink squares in some mystery room... I guess I should reinstall! |

A reinstall fixed it. Who knows how long was I running with a bjorked patch install! |
