Summary0007156: Improving mouse scroll wheel support
DescriptionWhile I don't use the mouse, the little bit of testing I did on the new scroll wheel feature from 0.930 led me to 2 conclusions:

1. It's not particularly intuitive to have the left mouse switch with the right mouse as you scroll. Having left:fireball right:lightning and then scrolling and having left:lightning right:something else is really hard to keep track of mentally. Generally, I think you want scrolling to be only for one button, while the other button retains its particular slot assignment.

2. The selected slot should be marked in some way that's more obvious than it currently is. A little bit of text is not a good enough indication IMO. Think of an FPS, with the weapon poking out from the bottom of the screen. Since the state of your current weapon changes all the time, you need to have it be very clear at all times what that selected weapon is. I think either the selected skill should be painted a different color in a very obvious way, or there should be a separate skill area in the UI that shows what the current selected skill is.
