Summary0007131: Simplify guardian power tooltip double negative
DescriptionWhen looking at the tooltip (through the encyclopedia) for a guardian power that must be used on the world map, there's a double negative that takes a bit of untangling at the bottom:

"Power Cannot Be Used When Not On The World Map."

Perhaps this would be better as just:

"Power can only be used on the world map."
